The Florida Power-Library Schools program is sponsored by the Florida Association of Supervisors of Media and the Florida Department of Education's Library Media Services in order to recognize outstanding school library programs in Florida. Quality library programs have been proven to improve student achievement!
Your school library program is applying for the Florida Power-Library School Award. This award program shines a light on exemplary school library programs across the state of Florida. The first step in the application is for administrators, teachers, students, and families to evaluate the library program. Your response is anonymous and will be used toward our award application. This survey consists of 11 questions and should take approximately 5 minutes.
